In response to National Disaster Prevention Day, Taiwan-Japan-USA Disaster Management Conference was held on September 15th, with participation from Taichung City Government, Chemicals Administration Ministry of the Environment, China Medical University Hospital, and Feng Chia University. The conference addressed Yokohama's disaster management, earthquake preparedness, all-hazard emergency response, chemical disaster management, and resilient communities of Taichung City Government. Scholars and experts from various fields and countries shared their disaster management knowledge and experiences.

Director Lin led our students to attend this event to not only inspire the first-year students and broaden the academic perspectives of the second-year graduate students by gaining valuable insights of domestic and international disaster management trends.
