Director Lin Pei-shan, and Professor Wu Rong-Ping were invited to attend in the "All-Hazard Risk Analysis Framework Establishment Conference" with Mr. Mo Huai-zu, Director General of the Taipei City Fire Department, Ms. Li Xiang-jie, Chief of the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR), Mr. Yeh Jin-hsun, Chief of the National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering, Francois-Xavier Runner from the French Office in Taiwan, Professor Wen Zai-hong from the Department of Geography, National Taiwan University, and Dr. Pan from the Center for Weather and Climate Disaster Research, National Taiwan University.

In addition to the results presented by National Taiwan University regarding the all-hazard risk analysis framework and the establishment of a disaster risk matrix suitable for Taipei City, both domestic and international experts and scholars shared new insights in disaster management and discussed how to apply academic research findings to plan and promote disaster management policies, aiming to reduce the impact of disasters on Taipei City and enhance urban disaster resilience.
