1.Application of GIS in Disaster Management

The main purpose of this essay is about the National Disaster Reduction Technology Center utilizes GIS spatial data analysis information in each of the four stage of disaster management. By integrating with 3D simulation platform, big data and mobile communication, it significantly enhances disaster management capabilities through real-time perception, prediction, proactive alerting and disaster analysis.
2.Disaster Risk Reduction and Residents' Adaptation Behavior in Potential Landslide Areas: The Experience in Shang-An Village, Nantou County

Through on-site observations and in-depth interviews, explores the behaviors of residents in Shang'an Village, Nantou County, in response to mudslides. It investigates risk communication, disaster education, and emergency information reporting mechanisms. The research suggests that regular risk communication and disaster potential assessments to enhance community resilience.
3.Multi-Objective Decision Analysis Research on Fire Risk Indicators of Long-Term Care Institutions.

By conducting multi-objective decision analysis research on fire risk indicators of long-term care institution, and risk annotation with situational fire group drill, the research try to achieve the goal of a win-win situation for public and fire safety.
4.The Study on the Response Support Mechanism of Toxic Chemical Disaster Across Administrative Boundaries—Taking Gong-San Industrial Park as an Example

In this study, a leakage scenario simulation were carried out at a factory of Gongsan Industrial Park, Guishan District, Taoyuan City. The disaster relief response mechanism inside the industrial park, across administrative boundaries and input of disaster response resource should be considered in advance to improve the effectiveness of disaster response.
