Faculty and Students of Graduate School of Disaster Management Attend 19th APRU Multi-Hazards Symposium 2024. In addition to domestic experts and scholars, there were also scholars and experts from Japan, the United States, France, and Korea, etc., who talked about the innovations and scientific and technological developments in disaster risk reduction in various countries today. In addition to lectures and forums, the first afternoon of the conference also included a “Student Paper Poster Competition”, in which graduate students from all over the world shared their research, which aroused the interest of the judges and won their favor in just four minutes. Mr. Li Yuhao from the class of 112 was one of the contestants, presenting his research topic in English and responding to the judges' questions, demonstrating the solid academic training of our postgraduate students.
